Pessima esperienza, da evitare! Sono andato a inizio settembre per ordinare un ricambio e, a dicembre, non ho ancora ricevuto alcuna notizia, nonostante numerose chiamate di sollecito. Durante le ultime tre chiamate, mi era stato confermato sia il prezzo che l’effettivo ordine del ricambio, ma non è arrivato nulla. Quando li ho ricontattati, mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero aggiornato entro 10 minuti, ma poi... silenzio totale. A metà dicembre, mi hanno chiesto nuovamente se fossi al corrente del prezzo e, dopo aver confermato, mi hanno richiesto ancora una volta la conferma per procedere con l'ordine! In pratica, mi hanno fatto perdere tempo e non hanno mai risolto il problema. Evitate assolutamente!

Terrible experience, avoid! I went at the beginning of September to order a replacement and, in December, I still have not received any news, despite numerous reminder calls. During the last three calls, both the price and the actual order of the spare part were confirmed to me, but nothing arrived. When I contacted them again, they said they would update me in 10 minutes, but then... total silence. In mid-December, they asked me again if I was aware of the price and, after confirming, they asked me once again for confirmation to proceed with the order! Basically, they wasted my time and never solved the problem. Absolutely avoid!
